A Farewell to Paklog

Dear Valued Paklog Customer,

For more than 25 years, it has been our privilege to support and maintain Paklog. What began as a practical solution grew into a tool that many of you relied on every day, and your loyalty has meant more to us than we can say.

After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to stop supporting and maintaining Paklog, effective January 1, 2027. The market has changed a great deal, and there are now many newer, more current applications available that can serve your needs well into the future.

Paklog will continue to run on your local systems just as it has all these years, as long as you keep the same PC and operating system. However, technology is changing faster than ever, and we expect Paklog to remain stable for about one more year before end of life forces a move to a more modern platform. For that reason, we strongly recommend that you begin transitioning to a modern system soon.

There is also good news for those who want to keep the Paklog way of working. With today's AI technologies, you can build your own version of Paklog, tailored to exactly how your business runs, in a matter of days, and continue to support and maintain it yourself.

Before January 1, 2027, we recommend backing up your Paklog data so you have everything you need for whichever path you choose.

To every customer who stood with us over these years: thank you. Your trust, feedback and support made Paklog what it was. We wish you the very best of luck in the next chapter.
